Return Policy
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. The withdrawal period commences on the day after the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and the entrepreneur receives the product.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must notify the entrepreneur of this within 14 days of receiving the product. The consumer must report this in writing/by e-mail. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered product was returned on time, for example with a postal receipt with tracking number.
You received the wrong product
We are all human, right? Even if we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong product. No problem, send us a picture of the defective product to susan-melbourne@outlook.com and our customer service will check it for you and help you further.
You received a damaged/defective product
Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged product is accidentally sent. In this case, you do not have to return the product. You can keep it or throw it away. All you have to do is send us an email (susan-melbourne@outlook.com) with your order number and a clear picture of the damaged product. If we can see from the photo that the product is damaged, we will send you a new product as soon as possible 100% free of charge. If you meet the mentioned criteria, send an email to susan-melbourne@outlook.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if;
- The product is used or damaged
- This applies to underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products.
- The product has been modified
- The product(s) is/are defective in its original and saleable condition, unless the defect is our fault.
- The product(s) is/are not in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the shipping costs if you want to return the product.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get your money back, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
