When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your browser, IP address, time zone, and any cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, the web pages or search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about your interaction with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “device information.”
We collect device information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track website activity and collect data including IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to store information about your browsing habits. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number, PayPal username, email address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your Personal Information?
In general, we use the Order Information that we collect generally to process any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising about our products or services.
- External product suppliers and warehouses receive information about the contents of the order and the buyer's delivery address: this information is needed to organize the shipment.
- Several suppliers cooperate with the shop, and for each order it can be a completely different company.
- If you would like to know which supplier/warehouse has received the information from the buyer in question.
We use the device information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website, and to evaluate the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
By using our website, you (visitor) consent to third parties processing your IP address to determine your location for conversion. You also agree to this currency being stored in your browser's session cookie (a temporary cookie that is automatically deleted when you close your browser). We do this so that the selected currency remains selected and consistent while browsing our website, so that prices can be converted to your (visitor's) local currency.
Text Message Marketing and Notifications:
By providing your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, ordering through our order form or by entering a keyword, you agree that we may send you text message notifications (about your order, including abandoned cart notifications) and marketing offers via text message. This may be up to 6 text messages per month. You agree that consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing text messages and notifications, you may reply STOP to any mobile message we send you, or use the unsubscribe link in any of our messages to you. You understand and agree that alternative means of canceling an order, such as using alternative words or requests, are not considered a reasonable means of canceling an order. Message and data rates may apply.
If you have any questions, you may text the number from which you received the message, HELP You may also contact us for more information. To opt out of marketing via text message, please follow the procedure above.
